These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phjl1 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjl1 website located at phjl1.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, and software (collectively, the "Services").

You must notify phjl1 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.2 Withdrawals

phjl1 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if:

• Your account has not completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification;

• The withdrawal amount exceeds daily, weekly, or monthly limits;
• The payment method information provided does not match your verified account details.

3.3 KYC Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, phjl1 requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. KYC documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilID, etc.);

4.2 Wagering Requirements

If phjl1 suspects Bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close the offending account(s) without prior notice.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8. Account Closure and Suspension

• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited Bonuses or fraudulent winnings) will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Amendments to These Terms

phjl1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the phjl1 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your account.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement
